A. Motor type

1. DC motor

Advantages: DC motors have excellent speed regulation performance. For example, the DC motors of some high-end juicers can achieve multi-level speed regulation and can flexibly adjust the speed according to the texture of different fruits and vegetables, such as soft strawberries, blueberries and hard apples, carrots, etc. When squeezing soft fruits and vegetables, you can use a lower speed to avoid beating the pulp too finely; when squeezing hard fruits and vegetables, increase the speed appropriately to ensure efficient juicing. Moreover, DC motors run relatively quietly and have low noise, which can provide users with a comfortable use environment.
Disadvantages: Usually the price is relatively high because of its high technical content and manufacturing cost.
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for users who have high requirements for juicing quality and user experience, especially those who often squeeze a variety of fruits and vegetables with different textures and are sensitive to noise.

Note: DC motors are divided into brushed DC and brushless DC motors. The performance and price of the two are very different, and need to be determined according to the factory's own needs. Brushed DC motors have a shorter lifespan but are cost-effective; brushless DC motors have high efficiency and long lifespan, but of course they are also expensive. 2. AC induction motors

Advantages: AC motors have low cost, simple structure, and good stability. For users with limited budgets and mainly used to squeeze ordinary texture fruits and vegetables (such as oranges, watermelons, etc.), it is an economical choice.
Disadvantages: Poor speed regulation performance, relatively fixed speed, may not be flexible enough when processing special texture fruits and vegetables.
Applicable scenarios: If the requirements for juicing function are not high, and the juicer is only used occasionally to squeeze common soft fruits and vegetables, the juicer with AC motor can meet basic needs.

Note: AC induction motor has poor speed regulation, but the cost performance is quite high. The power can be 300w or more. It is generally used for commercial juicers or slow juicers in fruit stores, etc. It has large torque and is suitable for continuous work.

B. Motor power

Power range: The power of general household juicer motors is between 100W and 300W.

The influence of power size

Low power (100W - 150W): If it is mainly used to squeeze soft fruits and vegetables, such as bananas, strawberries, watermelons, citrus, oranges, etc., motors in this power range are usually competent. If it is a high-power, commercial series, we recommend AC140+G series motors.

C. Motor material

Pure copper motor: Pure copper motor is a high-quality choice. Pure copper has good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, low resistance, and less heat during operation, which can not only reduce energy loss and improve the working efficiency of the motor, but also extend the service life of the motor. For example, many brands of high-end juicers use pure copper motors to ensure that the juicer has stable performance during long-term and high-frequency use. D. Motor speed

Speed range: The motor speed of a household juicer is generally 40-80 rpm.
