The DC53 Motor is a permanent magnet brushed DC motor developed by Honlite, specifically for coffee grinders. It's the main drive motor for home use and small commercial/automatic grinders. It has high starting torque, enough grinding power, even particle size, controllable cost, and supports custom parameter development. Even at low speeds, it can deliver high torque to handle clumped coffee beans, has good stall tolerance (can reverse to release beans), and the grinding process is less likely to jam. The grinding chamber can be provided by the customer or developed by Donghong to better integrate with the motor. A magnetic ring Hall board can be added to provide motor speed feedback. The DC53 Motor has a simple structure and relatively low cost while offering high torque and good stability, meeting the requirements of most small commercial/automatic coffee machine manufacturers for a grinding motor.
